• Hello, We’re using Polylang for one of our client websites.
    We’re using composer and deployer to install and update the plugins.

    We deploy to the server in releases, when there’s a new release a own directory is created which we update with a symlink. We’ve noticed that when there’s a new release often the Polylang settings have to be re-saved once more manually.

    Is there a filter or CLI command which can do this for us? If so we would love to know which.

    Looking forward for your reply,

    Paul

  • Hello,

    we have the same issue, but it happens every one or two weeks.

    Currently I’m looking for a trigger. For us it isn’t the updates, because we start them manually on fridays. Yesterday Polylang lost his settings during my (admin) lunch break. Only thing that happend was my coworker accepting revisions via the PublishPress Revision plugin.

    Do your site work with that plugin too, Paul?

    Best greetings
    Lisa

    Hi Lisa,

    Hope you can find the trigger, somehow this issue didn’t occur for us the last 2 weeks while we updated the site with a new release.

    Here’s a list of the installed plugins of this website:
    – ACF Content Analysis voor Yoast SEO;
    – Advanced Custom Fields PRO;
    – Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent;
    – Custom Taxonomy Order;
    – EWWW Image Optimizer;
    – Gravity Forms;
    – Polylang Pro;
    – Relevanssi Premium;
    – Wordfence Security;
    – WP REST Cache;
    – WP Super Cache;
    – Yoast SEO Premium;

    Best regards,
    Paul

    Thank you. I tried to recreate the issue, but had no luck.

    The only plugin we have in common is Yoast.
