settings lost after about 50 entries

    One of our customers is gradually adding several translation strings using this plug-in.

    Twice now when they have got to the point of adding a total of about 50 translations, all their work has disappeared and the list of translations is no longer there.

    We have confirmed that they’re not pressing the ‘delete all’ button by mistake, because no confirmation message is displayed.

    Is this a known issue with this plug-in? Is there a way to overcome it?

    First of all, pardon somewhat late reply. WP still does not notify the developers about new posts and Google RSS Reader being phased out does not help.

    We never heard about this bug before. Please send us the strings you are adding to info.at.name.removethisdot.ly so that our technical guys can investigate and come up with the solution if we can reproduce it.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have moved on a bit since we posted that problem so I’m afraid we don’t have any data to share with you. We had this problem with two sites, each of which were on different types of servers.

    I expect we’ll try this plug-in again one day and if we hit the same issue we’ll be back in touch. I’ll mark this topic as ‘resolved’ for now since it looks like no-one else has joined to say that have experienced the same thing.
