Settings Lost After Saving Inventory

I am having the same issue as this poster:

I set up the page product archives settings and save them, and they stick. If I ever go to the Inventory Options and click save all of the archive settings that were previously saved are gone.

WordPress, Woocommerce and all of my plugins are up to date. I changed my theme to Twenty Twelve, and deactivated all my plugins but Woocommerce & this extension and it is still happening.
