Settings: lost my site's dashboard

    SETTINGS > GENERAL question:

    We may have made our “Site Address (URL)” our “WordPress Address (URL)”, which is a WordPress .com site. Our site, however, is self-hosted. (I had intended to add our wp.com blog url into the WordPress Address field — maybe I entered it into the Site Address field instead. So, at the moment, my content is still there but I’ve lost the theme (menu is at top) and I have no way to get back into Settings to check things out. If I go to my bookmark for my dashboard it takes me to my WP.com blogs’ dashboard. Yikes! Any ideas?
