Settings menu not appearing

  • I have installed and activated the 3CX live chat plugin, but trying to access the settings, it just shows me a white page.
    I have selected the other options and it just gives me page not found.
    Please help!

    Hello @hiddenmonkey,

    I see that the live chat module is visible on your website. Did you managed to overcome the issue with settings page?

    If not, please give it a try to disable one by one the plugins on your website and check the behavior of the settings page. If this is the case, please let us know the name of the plugin affecting this behavior.
