settings menu not clickable

    When I click at the settings, I can access only the first page “Users”. The settings menu is not clickable. It only displays icons, non of them are clickable.
    I’ve tried other themes, but same problem.

    Can you please give me the links to those settings to load directly? (specially email and notification settings)
