Settings – No RSS Feed Information

In the Kale Theme under Settings, there is no information for accessing my RSS Feed. I want to share my blog posts on Flipbook and require RSS Feed and cannot find it nor generate one via RSS Feed apps.
When I do that is suggested: ecoluxluv.com/feed/ it generates a giant page of html that includes blog posts and everything on the home page. This text is too long and is rejected by Flipboard everytime.
WordPress says that RSS Feed info can be found in the Setting panel but Kale does not have any info on the Settings page.
How do I generate or find my RSS Feed details to share my blog posts?

I believe I wrote in my question that the result is not acceptable when adding /feed/ at the end.
Below is what I get and has been rejected from where I am trying to use it. The examples of RSSFeeds that I have been are about 35 lines long. As you can see this one is excessive.

@ecoluxluv I am afraid we do not control how the RSS feed is generated, the theme is mainly a way to style and format the content on your website.
- I would suggest creating a new category and assign all posts that you want to share to that category.

After that, use this format
Category: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/category/features/feed/ (“Features” is the category.)to share the feed to Flipboard.
