    Hi Chatoxz

yes, site was down due to tech issues, but it is up and running again. the issue persist. can you help, please?

    Hi there,

I can see an issue while checking the connection with Jetpack, tah could be causing the issues:

ixr_-32700: parse error. not well formed

This error tells us that your site sent us an unexpected output of the XML-RPC.php file:

    • Look for extra spaces or extra content in the xml-rpm file. This is your current XML-RPC file:?https://sokolzajecice.cz/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack. Jetpack and other plugins and apps use this file to connect to your site. It must return the following message:?
    • Can you contact your host and ask them if the PHP XML extension is installed and active on your server? If it’s not installed, PHP won’t be able to parse XML, which will result in the error being reported.
    • A caching plugin could be the issue; please turn all the plugins off, except for Jetpack, and check the connection here ->?https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=sokolzajecice.cz
    • Verify if the server’s mod_security rules may have been misconfigured; please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check.
    • Check if any plugins like Really Simple SSL have disabled XML-RPC.
    • Disable all plugins and check again. If that works activate one by one until you found the one that is causing the conflict.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,
