    Hi,

    I have version 3.2.1 of Awesome Support and I noticed that the settings I enter on the General page under Plugin Pages e.g. Ticket Submission and Tickets List and also the Multiple Products tick box don’t remain selected if I leave the page. The setting do seem to be active.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi, I’ve got the same problem. Is it necessary to change CHMOD for some files in plugin folder?

    That’s strange. Your settings seems correct. Do you see the products management link in the menu?

    The same problem occurs with 3.2.3

    I have just pushed version 3.2.4 that fixes the problem. Settings should now save just fine.
