    Hi,

    Thank you for the nice plugin! ??

    We have the problem that the main setting “Company name (required), Currency code (required) Currency symbol (required)” not saved after clicking the save button. But the page load new.

    In the setting payment and e-mail the save button responds absolutly not.

    We have the news version of the plugin and I have installed it new, but nothing change. What can we do?

    Can you please confirm once if the data you have added has no characters like a single inverted comma or slashes? This can block the query to execute and don’t save the data.

    According to the information you provided, we have checked all ‘setting save” to work properly.
    So,Can you delete and re-install the latest Giftcard plugin version at www.ads-software.com?

    Thank you for your help!

    @gravid7 all data was copy / past from another project where I use the plugin, just the company name and that has no special character, but I also checked the other fields, it seams all alright.

    @codemenschen I installed the plugin freshly and I delete and re-installed it yesterday and today, but nothing change. I guess I have to clean up the database or something like this? Because the AGB field are still filled. The plugin saved some fields, but not all, especially the required field.

    Please try to do as following steps:
    Step 1: You’re deactivate the plugin
    Step 2: You try to delete the database table “giftvouchers_setting” and then activate our plugins. Next you try to update settings again.
    Let us know if you having any helps. We will check and find the way to resolve it soon.

    Hi @codemenschen,

    Thank you for your help. Sadly it still does not work. I deactivate the plugin and delete the table “giftvouchers_setting”. Then I tried to deal all tables of “giftvoucher”, but nothing. The strange thing is that the AGB field still contains my content after cleaning the tables and reactivation.

    I don’t know what’s the problem, we use the plugin in many project and it works great.

    Please do other way as following steps:
    Step 1: You try to add a new database on your website
    Step 2: You re-active our plugin
    Step 3: You save our settings plugins
    Please let us know if it stills not working. We will check solve that asap!

    Thank you for your answer. Sorry but to add a new database on our website is no option for us at the moment, because the customer had start to add content. Now it is a bit to tricky to tinker on the database. So if you don’t have another option I think regrettably we have to use another plugin.
