I have tested it on a new WordPress installation in localhost. It has a problem. Please check it.

Also it has js errors in console.

Developers will look into this issue in more detail.

@dehkadehwp @mediawebster I am also have the same issue with version 2.2.9.2 any insight would be appreciated. I am unable to save any changes including enabling extensions or utilizing a custom extensions folder.
