Settings not showing

  • The thumbnail feature is not working for me. It is not showing an option to add an image to have the images show below the calendar.

    It is also not picking up the default template and those settings are the part of the default template. We will need some more time to debug that.

    The Bookings Management is not working as well. When I booked an event, there was a hyperlink in email confirmation. When I selected confirmation link page went to 404.

  • Have you added an image to the event using the featured image option?

    Where have you defined the default template?

    Have you tried re-saving your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks?

    Hi there! Thank you for the response. We have tried all of those with no avail.

    Also, using the preview option, I tested with a default theme – same result so it doesn’t seem to be a theme related issue on our site.

    We tried with all the templates as well as a featured image was added.

    Also the placeholders for showing the ical and gcal events are not working as well.

    Can you post the formatting you’re using that includes the #_EVENTIMAGE placeholder?

    Hi there,

    We tried using the EVENTIMAGE placeholder and that did show up the featured image however the layout is broken and we are not able to achieve a look like : https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/events/ page where the image aligns properly with the event link and location.

    Can you kindly provide us the right formatting for the same ?

    We tried using [events_list scope=”future” limit=5 pagination=1] as per the page here : https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/shortcode/ however that does not show up the featured image either.
