Settings not showing up under customization panel

Hello,

We’ve just bought the premium version of this plugin. But the settings panel under customization in WordPress, doesn’t show anything. It’s plain blank.

It works when we revert back to WordPress default theme but doesn’t when our custom theme is active.

Other plugins such as Easy Google Fonts work with out theme but it’s custom options are limited.

We’ve tried to reach out via email and still waiting for response 16 hours later. Also, there’s nothing useful on your knowledgebase or support forums.

I wish there was a way for customers using the PRO version to receive priority support. As it looks, both free and paid users are using the same channel to reach out.
