Settings not working

Hello,

I have an issue with the setting page : I can’t add nor remove a language.

In the browser’s console log I have this issue :

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).sortable is not a function ...

I tried to rollback to previews versions of the plugins but nothing changed. If anyone has already face this kind of issue and solved it
