Settings Not Working – Results too broad

    Question/Challenge 1.

    Settings for search component is set to only posts and post titles. When I test the search, the results pulls posts, pages, and images. Despite them being disabled in the configuration. I also restricted to search by a post meta, but that doesn’t work either.

    Question/Challenge 2.

    How do you constrain search scope to a single category? For example, search bar should only return results from Category Jobs.

    Can you provide example or instructions on how to leverage post meta and taxonomies?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Please make sure you have enable the ‘Posts’ setting under “Post Types” settings tab. If this settings is enable then please check that you are using latest version of advance search.

    For search in single category, currently, this feature is not implemented we will update it in our upcoming release.
