By default in WP Directory Kit actually only admin can edit and delete listings.

Please can you provide more info here, maybe video or screenshot? https://www.wpdirectorykit.com/contact.html

There is also Membership WordPress plugin which allow also other users to add listings via own dashboard like for owners, agents, dealers, agencies, realtors etc… here: https://www.wpdirectorykit.com/plugins/wp-directory-membership.html
