Settings page displaying no content

    After installing the plugin and clearing the site cache, when I go to Settings/Block AI Crawlers nothing is displayed at all. It is just a blank page. The same thing happens on five other sites on my server. I am using SiteGround as my web host.

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

    First, the Settings page is purely informational and I checked the robots.txt file for the site you provided as an example URL and the contents are being updated properly.

    I don’t have a SiteGround hosted site, so I could use some help pinpointing the issue. A good first step is to try isolating the issue. Could you try disabling all plugins and other than “Block AI Crawlers” and see if you still have the same issue when accessing the Settings page? If you don’t, it is another plugin conflicting.

    If you still are having trouble accessing it, could you turn on Debugging in WordPress, access the settings page, and then check debug.log for messages related to the plugin. Alternatively, you can use the plugin “Debug Log Manager” to make generating the logs a bit easier.

    With the latest update of the plugin the content on the Settings page is now displaying properly on all my sites. Thank you!

    Awesome; thanks for letting me know. I suspected it might but I wasn’t sure.

    The problem is the the characters %20 that is in the URL for the settings page:

    /wp-admin/%20options-general.php?page=block-ai-crawlers

    Should be:

    -admin/options-general.php?page=block-ai-crawlers
