Settings Page doesn't work

I’m currently using List Category Posts on a WP site under development on a localhost (XAMPP) server. The plugin seems to work fine, except that the plugin’s Settings Page does not work at all. Minor problem, I suppose, since I can set the number of posts within the shortcode itself, but it’s an odd problem.

The “Save Changes” button appears to be attempting to submit settings to “wp-admin/lcp-options.php”, which does not exist. Instead, the lcp-option.php file is located in the “include” folder inside the plugin folder.

Is this just a problem because I’m running this locally on XAMPP, or is the Settings Page somehow set up wrong to begin with? How can I fix this?
