Settings page: Input field placeholders for podcast:funding swapped

Hey there,

first of all: thanks for starting to implement Podcast 2.0 tags!

I noticed a bug on the settings page: Those two input fields for setting the podcast:funding tag have the wrong placeholders. funding_url shows “e.g. Donate to the show” and funding_title shows “e.g. https://buymeacoffee.com“.

Please consider swapping these input field placeholders! ??
