Settings page is blank

Hello, I updated FS Contact Form to the latest version today. And now the Settings page is blank and I can’t see the exiting forms or create a new form. I don’t know what happened … I can see the Edit page though. Should I roll back to the older version of FS Contact Form or WordPress?
