I have same mistake.
Update to 2.3.10 and settings show blank page.

I have the same problem as everyone here.

Clicking on the “Redirection” tab under “Tools” just sends me to a blank section.
Seems to be the case with versions 2.3.8 and above. Running WordPress version 4.0

+1 for me. I came to the forums today because of this issue, glad it’s not just me.

Same here on a production site, though it works as expected on a local test site.

I was running this on WordPress 3.6.1; after upgrading to 4.0, this issue is resolved.
