slide the toggles to the right is for the enabled position, left is off(disabled) for sure.
I had the same thoughts too.

I think the toggles should be dark then light as you enable may be easier to see

Yep, they are disabled when red. And activated when black. Not very intuitive. ?? Toggles should be gray when in off mode. And colored when on.

I haven’t tried locomotive scroll. I more or less only use Breaking Bad.

i see so your not going to use it? why the need to enable?

I was just asking the author of the plugin about on off to help having a GUI that makes sense.

I have disabled everything but Breaking bad.

Yes, your notice does make sense, and the changes to the interface shall be applied with the next update.
