Settings page non-existant

Hi, I’ve installed your plug-in and it works fine, except the tab in the WooCommerce Settings that should be there covering the delivery note options isn’t there.
When I click on a link to the plugin’s settings, it takes me to the WooCommerce settings and shows the tab navigation but nothing beneath it, and without an invoice tab.
How come?
