Settings page not available

I can’t see the Weigh based shipping options. In the console I get this error:
GET https://dev.plant-bloom.com/wp-content/plugins/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce/client.js?ver=5.3.6 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Any idea on how to fix this? Already tried to disable all the plugins except WC en this plugin, changing theme didn’t make any difference either.
