Settings page partly displaying in Asian characters

On a new install of WP Fastest Cache, I went to the settings page. At first it looked normal. Then I updated some settings and click the submit button. Now part of the settings page displays in some sort of Asian character set.

All other pages outside of WP Fastest Cache settings site appear normal (both admin and the main site).
