Settings Page triggers permission error

    Plugin appears to be working fine on the front end of the site but when I try to visit the settings page:

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wqpmb-settings

    I get the following error:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I’ve tried this now on two completely separate WordPress installs.
