Settings Privacy Screen: only super admins?

Hello,

I just noticed that the site administrators cannot access the (relatively) new Privacy Screen in the admin panel and that if you designate a page as the Privacy Policy page, only the super admin can edit it?

Is there a way to allow Site Administrators to set their own privacy policies and edit the page?
