settings stuck at Retrieving account status

  • Hello,
    The plugin settings dialog can’t fetch the account info. The circle keeps turning but nothing is happening. Bulk optimization doesn’t do anything either.
    I am using WP hosting, so I can’t edit/view the WP files to update the API key manually.
    It would be good to have an option to reconfigure the account without waiting for whatever the dialog is trying to do now.
    I have checked the API key on the Tinypng web and it looks active and OK.
    Disabling/uninstalling/installing the plugin didn’t help.
