    Hi…please help
I install the add-on and activate it, but when I go to the settings to fill my PayPal and stripe credentials, all the settings tabs are not working for me. When I click them they don’t open. For example when I click the PayPal tab or the Stripe tab it does not open for me to fill in my credentials. What could be the issue? When I click ANY tab they are only displaying that “Getting Started” message all of them including the ‘Language and Currency’ tab.

    I am using version 1.6.9

    Thank you!

  • Please advise that this is most likely a conflict with a third-party plugin that is not compatible with ours. If possible, please deactivate plugins to troubleshoot further. Hope this helps – thank you!

I deactivated all the plugins other than the add-on and the Contact Form 7 plugin, I even uninstalled and installed the two afresh when all the other plugins were in deactivated state and still my tabs did not open.

Or could it be because I am using the free version? Because I can see the add-on has a pro version that is purchased. Could it be the tabs were made not to function in the free version starting from a particular release version so as to compel people to purchase the pro one?

Can you confirm that you once paid for the pro version and now are using the free version instead (either through a license expiration, etc)?

Hello, I’m having the same issue and I’m using the free version 1.8.2

No matter the tab I click, it states at Getting Started.

    Can you help fix this?

Hi Faveson…I solved my issue by clearing my browser data so may be you can try that as well.
