Thank you for sharing the screencast and bringing this issue to our attention.

Based on your video, it appears that the problem might be related to a local environment conflict. We have attempted to replicate the issue under various test conditions but found the functionality to be operational on our end.

To further assist you, we recommend deactivating any additional plugins and retesting the system. If the issue persists after performing this, please let us know. We are here to help.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Thank you for going to the trouble of looking into this. I seem to be getting thhe functionality I need without accessing those tabs in the meantime. I was hoping it wasn’t going to be a plugin conflict problem as we have so many on the site.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The tabs in the backend are generated using anchor tags not javascript and may take some time to load.

Please allow some time for the page to fully load. You can check the progress using the cross and reload button near the search bar.

If the issue persists after waiting, please let us know. We are here to help.

Hi there. Thanks for further support. I did try that. The page fully loads but none of those tabs operate except for the “General” tab that it defaults to. At least our small 8 person capacity event sold out very quickly here https://www.rhinolinings.com.au/events/

    Thanks for sharing the URL.

Upon investigation, we have identified a console error related to the RocketLazyLoadScripts plugin. To address this, we recommend deactivating the RocketLazyLoadScripts plugin temporarily to see if the issue with the tabs persists.

After deactivating RocketLazyLoadScripts if the issue persist please let us know. We are here to help.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Hi there. I have just received the following from WP-Rocket…

    Hi, Lance,

Thanks for getting back to me and for your patience while waiting for my answer.

A few things that will clarify to Eventprime support that WP Rocket is not related to the problem.

1.- The first thing is that Rocketlazyloadscripts is not a plugin, it is an attribute that adds one of our features (Delay JavaScript execution) to JavaScript scripts so that they are delayed.

2.- This attribute is only added to scripts on the frontend of the site, as I mentioned in my previous answer WP Rocket does not optimise the backend, so I assume they must be confused as to where the problem is occurring.

How you can confirm what I'm telling? performing the test I show you in this video: https://share.zight.com/rRuAywyJ

You also can provide Eventprime support with the video and this answer.

In any case, if the problem was related to WP Rocket, it would be completely solved by deactivating it, because when you deactivate WP Rocket the site is served from the original files.

I would recommend contacting the Eventprime team again but with WP Rocket disabled, that way they can verify that the problem is there even without WP Rocket, I would also recommend specifying to them that the problem is NOT in the frontend of the site but in the WordPress backend.

    I hope this helps.

    Have a great day!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We still suspect the issue might be due to conflict. And since it may be one of our paid/premium extensions that might be causing the affect, we have requested some further information from you via our internal support portal. We will also keep the updates posted here.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
