Settings to supress configuration validator messages

I like the configuration validator however I have a couple client sites that are throwing false positives. There are plenty of instances where the email the form is going to will not be within the domain(gmail, yahoo, etc). I would like to see a setting so I can turn off the messages completely once I have closed them out. They freak out customers who aren’t tech savvy ??
