Settings variable products

Hi!
Tell me how to add for different variants of the same product different characteristics?
For example, I have a shirt in two colors, red and yellow. I want that when you select an option in addition to changes in price and miniatures, changed information in characteristic’s tab!
Example:
Color – Red;
Color – yellow;
