I see the tab currently says “Feedback Form” and links to a page with a form on it. The hover color doesn’t really give contrast with the font color but that is an easy adjustment.
The tab appears to be working just fine. I did notice that your site is being cached. That’s a good think and maybe that is why the tab isn’t updating for you right away.

Try clearing the cache on the site and change the tab settings and see if it works for you. If that was the issue, your page caching might need to be adjusted a bit or at least remember to clear the cache when you make global site change like this.
