Settings Won't Save

I have the paid version of this plugin and am unable to save any Music Store Settings. I have tried deactivating/reactivating the plugin, deactivating all other plugins, and reinstalling the plugin. Nothing has worked… clicking the Update Settings button doesn’t do anything. Please help!
