Settings Won’t Save

  • When I try to save my settings in the WooCommerce setting page, the page goes blank. Using WooCommerce V2.4.13. The old plugin (V1.0.15) which I had been using for several months was working fine before I updated. I need this fixed immediately because I have shipments which need to go out.

    This is likely due to the old version of WooCommerce you have, would you be able to update that?

    I can’t update it. I have many other plugins which depend on this version and if I update I’ll probably also need to update PHP which will break the entire website.

    Can you add support for the previous WooCommerce version? You should be able to do a version check and add a global flag which will use the correct version function terminology.

    It’s strange because the whole plugin works fine, but it just can’t save the data.

    We can only support WooCommerce 3.0 and upwards.
