I am trying to update the plugin settings and every time I click on Save Changes the button is animated but the changes never save.

I’ve tried Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi and Firefox and its the same issue in all browsers.

The console reports the following errors:

`load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,farbtastic,utils&ver=5.8.1:5 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2

Can you please advise how I can get this plugin working again.

    Thanks

    Hey @rwassell,

A good start might be to temporarily deactivate your other plugins and see if that helps. It sounds like this used to work and only broke recently. Since we didn’t make any changes to our REST API routes lately, I’m thinking an external factor might be interfering here, because you’re being blocked (403 error) from accessing our REST API endpoints.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hello @arnaudbroes

    Thank you for your reply.

It actually ‘broke’ when you did the big change a long time ago to make the plugin more complicated, unwieldy and difficult to use. I’ve just got fed up of hacking the database to make the changes I need – it has never worked.

We have about 200 sites and it doesn’t work on any of them.

    Hey @rwassell,

In that case it might be a good idea if you reach out to our support team here via our Basic Question form – https://aioseo.com/contact. That way we can follow up more quickly and help you troubleshoot what’s happening on those websites so that we can get you on your way again.

To speed things up, you might want to include some information like where and how your websites are hosted (self-hosted or hosting partner) and whether you’re using any security plugins (Wordfence, etc.) or security services (Cloudflare, Incapsula, etc.).
