    Helloooooo……

Sounds like a conflict/problem between the pagination function in WP Catalogue and the WP core ‘show at most’ for blog posts… I’m interested to know why it’s happening on your site but not others….

Can you try going to the WP catalogue settings and having a play with the pagination options and see how that affects the ‘blog pages show at most’ function? …just trying to get a better understanding of the problem.

    Thanks

In settings of WP-Catalogue I changed pagination value to e.g “9”. And in settings>reading settings, value of “blog pages show at most” changed automatially to “9”. =)) It is OK for me, but in case I want to set different values? what should I do?

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

I am having the same issue on my site as well. When I enable the WP-Catalogue, the blog posts value changes to 1 and I can’t change it back until I deactivate the plugin.

Hi Guys, I’m having trouble replicating this error… if there’s anyone here who has the problem with pagination and wouldn’t mind giving me temporary admin access to your site to check it out that would be most helpful. Please contact me privately if you’re able to help – [email protected]

    Thanks

I am having the same problem, plus when I change the number of posts, then the pagination doesn’t work on the All Products category. How is your investigation on all this going, Maeve?

I have not received any login details so no progress…

I too am having the same issue on my website. Only when I deactivate the wp catalogue plug in does the situation resolve. This is proving to be an issue for more than just a few people.
Looking forward to answers. Thank you for your time.

I’d like to fix it but I can’t replicate the error. I can do nothing more on this unless someone volunteers some login details privately so I can look into it… as above:

Not sure what’s going on here Maeve, but I gave you access to my site 12 days ago!

I can replicate this issue as well. Enabling WP Catalogue restricts Settings->Reading->”Blog pages show at most” to 1.

Ok thanks guys, a couple of people sent details so I am now able to check it and fix it. A new version will be coming out in around 1 week so this version will include a bug fix for this.

    Thanks for your patience

After investigation I believe this problem is only occurring when permalink structure is set to default. In fact most users use the custom permalink structure (%postname%) which is why it’s been hard to work out the circumstances when this is happening.

Please may I ask everyone experiencing this pagination conflict to go to Settings > Permalinks and change the structure to %postname%. Then test, and please report back to let me know if this has fixed the issue.

    Thanks.
