We don’t have any video yet but I can try to help you out.
First you need to create a popup. To do that go to the Popups screen that you can find on the left menu (near posts and pages)
You can create a new popup or edit the draft one just like you do with posts
Type in your message, choose colors , etc and publish it.

Let me know if you have problems!

Thank you for your response. I tried editing the “Popups Example” but I am not having any luck. Do I need to use any of the popup short codes and/or url to point to my groups?

I published the Popups Example as is, and it only shows the coding that you originally placed in it: [spu-facebook][spu-google][spu-twitter]

The popup is suppose to “popup” on the homepage of this website.

It seems that your ginger plugin is affecting it. Try disabling the plugin Ginger browser plugin

If you don’t see the plugin enable test mode, or clear your cookies

It is still not working for me. I uninstalled the ginger on the computer and browser, deleted the cached and cookies, and even deleted the example popup and made another one, but still no luck.

Is my coding correct being that I made a whole new popup?

The ginger software is still active somehwere. The website source code I see is:
    <p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px;">[<span id="2651010c-6cb0-40a8-9145-74e5eee0f1b5" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">spu</span>-<span id="8083523e-57f7-4f9f-9b68-04c59dad110b" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">facebook</span><span id="64af973a-32fc-44b0-a298-7fe3ac83a029" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">]</span>[<span id="a6ea3efb-6fb6-400c-ae44-68a2b5aa49de" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">spu</span>-google<span id="73cf046a-6fb0-4357-b4de-c1b6efb03409" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">]</span>[<span id="45495db8-3ced-4f36-9dc7-05306e0ea32a" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">spu</span>-twitter]</p>

    and it should be:
    [spu-facebook][spu-google][spu-twitter]

Okay. I fixed it. Now how do I set the links so it refer to my Fb, Google+ and Twitter accounts?

Check the help text below the editor. It explain each shortcode available options.

I did, and I am not understanding short codes. I am quite new to wordpress and I am little by little.

Could you give me an example with my FB page? facebook.com/atlwebmag
