  • Hi there, any assist I can get with my gift card plugin appearing on my shop or in checkout/cart? Im on the free version to try before purchase but I can’t see (1) the GC as a option on my shop and (2) no way to redeem it using my theme Woodmart, which I thought was supported.

    Hi there,

    I checked your site and I could notice in the gift card product is not from our plugin.

    Please check if you have the same problems or something changes if you change your theme Storefront, in order to check if your theme modifies our plugin.

    Let us know.
