Setup field for country, city state

  • I’m trying to setup custom fields for the registration form and i’m stuck.

    I have a standard dropdown item for ‘country’, ‘state’ and ‘city’.

    With no additional modification to ‘country’, i however have ‘state’ parent set to ‘country’.

    What would be the callback string/code to have the date in ‘state’ populate when a specific ‘country’ is selected. Say ‘United States’…?

    Currently, none of the data in ‘State’ is populating.

    Version 1.3.88

    Also, i try setting rule to hide state field if country is not “united states” and show if it is but on the front end this doesn’t actually work.

    Please advise.
