Setup & Install WP for education (large classes)

We use MAMP to run our wordpress installations for large classes of students.

We require an easy way to install multiple instances of WP ideally on our network.

What would be the easiest way to do this? For example, many hosts have a ‘one click’ install of WP, is there a way to setup a button/interface that could setup x amount of installs to our network then students could access their own?
