    Hi There,

    I’m having issues with the signup process. I keep getting an error message when I try to sign up for my account the standard way.

    I’ve tried resetting the plugin, tried signing up with other emails addresses and I’ve even cleared my history at the browser and server level and I’ve tried two web browsers without success.

    Yet, I am able to go to the main plugin address: https://app.creativemail.com/ This allows me to be able to view my account so I know I was able to sign up properly.

    I then get redirected to start the “Personalize Your Email Images” once I enter my options, I move on to the “Company info” page where there is no area to input my company info (per the setup video), and the webpage gets stuck here and the loading icon keeps spinning but never loads this is the web address to it: https://app.creativemail.com/marketing/onboarding/plugins

    I’ve tried sending a support email to: [email protected] with the subject: Account Setup Issue – Unable to login. Please review this if you can.

    If there’s anything else I should do please let me know. It seems like this is an ongoing issue for multiple users and I can’t even upgrade to get the email/chat support because it won’t allow me to do anything.

    Hi There! I just checked but the issue still persists and it won’t allow me to sign up or use an existing account.

    I’ve tried to reset it as well several times without success.
