• My setup is also not connecting. I installed the plugin in the past hour and tried connecting and logging in to my account in the plugin setup. I got this message:

    Thanks for swinging by the support forums. I’ll be happy to help out with getting the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin up and running on your WordPress page.

    To troubleshoot this further, I’ll need a little more information. If you can reply back with the version of WordPress that’s running on the site where the plugin is installed, as well as the steps you’re taking when seeing the error, and I’ll be happy to dig into this further.

    1-I install the plugin

    It sounds like you’re encountering a similar issue to what’s being discussed in a couple other threads. Our plugin developers have fortunately been made aware of the issue, and we’ve submitted a new version of the plugin for approval.     I’m happy to confirm that ver. 1.4.2 of the plugin is now available for download. You should now see an option to update to the latest version of the plugin from within your site’s dashboard.
