Setup process fails even though it works

    So I have the Facebook for woocommerce plug-in installed. I seccessfully go trough the whole setup process and it also tells me that it work in the end.

    However, as soon as the Facebook setup process is finished and the window closes I get an error message: https://ibb.co/qkPFKHt

    I really don’t know what to do at this point. As soon as I go back to the plug in config in wordpress I have to do the whole thing again but the outcome is always the same… :/

    We’d love to look into this for you. Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Also, could you confirm you are the owner of the FB assets and Business manager?

    It was more about you double checking that you are set up in the facebook assets and Business Manager as the owner – not about you having to prove your identity to us ;).

    Also thanks for providing the system status report. Let’s try the following:

    * Take a backup and disable: SSL Insecure Content Fixer: by WebAware – 2.7.2

    Does that change anything?

    Other than that WooCommerce attempts to log any fatal errors. You can find these under WooCommerce > Status >> Logs (click on the tab). After clicking on the logs tab examine the dropdown on the right for any “fatal-errors” entry. Did anything get logged maybe?

    Ok that’s weird. Yeah that fixed it. Thanks a lot, even though I believe the whole processed missed the point since Facebook commerce neglected the review for my shop twice by now (probably because it wasn’t finished integrated). And I cannot submit a new request for a review as. But that is probably not your field of expertise you can help me with – so thanks for you help. Hopefully I can get this sorted out.
