Setup questions

  • Hi – well done on the plugin. Much better than other options we have looked at.

    Couple question having tested out a few things:

    1. We cannot select some of the product pages that we have on our site, for targetting purposes. When we do a search for them they do not appear in the drop down field (even though a lot of other pages are there). In the free version, do you limit this functionality to not show all our product pages?

    2. In the “frequency” section where you can choose how many times the popup is shown to users, we can select “Do not show more than 2 times per day” for example. How then do you show the popup to the user? Do you show it twice in quick succession, as soon as the user loads 2 pages, or do you wait a certain amount of time before showing it a second time to them?

    @dav74 We just added this feature in the latest version.

    To access the new delay option, go to your Popup’s settings screen and scroll down to Frequency section and make sure either the 1st or the 4th option is enabled. If one of them are enabled, you will see a new “Wait X Second before subsequent displays.” option.

    I have not yet had a chance to look yet as have been too busy. I will be looking next week some point in any case. Look forward to checking it out.
