Several bugs – UPDATE REQUIRED ASAP!!!

Hi, this plugin is not working properly. The ‘Hide Toplevel Pages’ is not working and the Exclude-function is not working. I have tried with another theme and with all plugins deactivated, but the problems remains. Please provide update. I can send screenshots.
