Several buttons to download on the same page: Email before download

I have several download buttons on the same page and since I went live redirecting my website, it does not work anymore. The only download I can receive is the first one on the page! When I deactivate the first one, the second on the row takes the relay so it means my Id’s in my code are correct with its associated link when it is the first one on the list.
Could you please publish a fix to this bug? I tried a lot of things. The bug started after my go live and it was working perfectly in test. Could it be related? The only version updated between the test an the go live is for Contactform DB plugin at 2.9.11, but I changed to the previous version and nothing happened. Still the same
Could you help me please or put me at least in the right direction?
