Several customers have completed their orders, but the payments have not been processed through my payment gateway, despite having the Pay with QR plug-in installed on my checkout page.
I am concerned as this has caused me to lose many orders and revenue. I am uncertain as to why the payments are not being processed, and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in identifying and resolving this issue.
