We have completed the installation and started testing. We have several doubts.

    1. We have created the client through the customers tab, but it does not give the option to assign a password, so once it is accessed it cannot start if the option to create an account and recover password is disabled. ????

    2. If we add it and create the client, it will be a WP user. would this be correct?

    3. Once the shortcode has been assigned to the page, we access it and login, but it does not load the created tickets.

It is something very basic that strangely generates this problem. Thank you

  • Hi adritop
    Here are a few ways:

    1. Currently in create customer, creating WordPress username and password option is missing. If user Sign Up using same email, they will be taken as the same customer. Also from the admin/agent are, if you try to create a ticket and search for a customer using the email address, there is an option like “Could not find a contact? Create one” You can use this one to create a customer with WordPress username and password.
    2. Create a customer is not WordPress user until you create a username and password from them or they sign up by themself.
    3. If a page contains shortcode fluent_support_portal that page should have option to create tickets but you must need to visit the page by logged in as customer

If you need more clarifications or you have issues please submit a ticket, our dedicated support agent will help you regarding this.
