Several Features Time Out

  • I installed this program and upgraded to their pro account for a client as it said it could handle hundreds of thousands of listings. We imported 50,000+ listings and now several features time out.

    1) We had to disable the view all listings button.
    2) Also, Categories with large numbers time out.
    3) The Zip Code Search By Distance Also Timed Out

    We opened ticket, and we got a response that they have seen this before but had no solution, and now they have ghosted him.

    Very disappointed, this product can’t handle a large database.
